Every customer purchase is processed throughly to ensure that everything is in order before the item is dispatched. If you do have any concerns regarding your order contact us by phone during office hours (Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm ) You can email or use our support form below anytime.

Order Processing

When your order has been received and processed by PayPal an order acknowledgment screen will be generated. Please print this out and keep it for your personal records. We will also send you an email confirming receipt of your order, the Order Acknowledgement email. You will not be able to access your Order Acknowledgement details on this website once you have placed your order, thus it is important that you retain these for your records. Please note that the Order Acknowledgement email is not a contract confirmation or order acceptance from Studiografik.

PayPal Secure Shopping

For your security, payments to Studiografik are accepted through PayPal's secure on-line payment system. All major credit cards and debit cards, as well as PayPal direct payments, are accepted, and your credit card numbers ARE NOT given to merchants including Studiografik.

For users new to PayPal, signing up for a PayPal account is entirely optional. This means you can quickly complete your payment, and then decide whether to save your information in a PayPal account for future use. (If you have a PayPal account already, you of course can quickly login to your account to complete payment).

PayPal uses the latest technology for security and for fraud prevention -- making your payment safe. For your security and privacy, we have NO access to credit card or other financial information entered with PayPal. At checkout, you will be automatically transfered to PayPal to enter payment information and then returned to this site after your payment is accepted. PayPal sends our checkout system immediate confirmation of the transaction.

When you make an order on this website your order will be subject to acceptance in accordance with our terms and conditions.

If you don't wish to place your order online you can make payments by credit card, cheque or BACS, simply refer to the product displayed to order what you need by telephone or email. You will need to make credit arrangements with us if you choose this option.

Unless you have set up a credit account, or otherwise agreed, payments should be made in advance of work undertaken. On payment we will immediately proceed with your printing. All our digital printing is guaranteed to meet your quality standards.

Turnaround and Delivery

Digital prints and printed items are usually delivered within 7-10 days from payment. For customer colour litho-printing we arrange turnaround times to suit and meet any deadlines. We provide a choice of delivery options for orders to ensure you receive it quickly and safely.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with everything you order at Studiografik and stand behind our products and service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly credit or refund your new and unused merchandise within 7 days of delivery. For your convenience, we make the return and exchange process super easy.

While we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if, due to unforeseen circumstances we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we will do our best to offer a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price or refund you the price paid. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with our returns policy.

Cancellations

Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once you have approved it and we have started to fulfil it. However, please do let us know if your circumstances change and we will work with you to try to rectify any issues.
